Credit Repair and Loan Preparation
Our goal is to help you become lender ready. The only real objective of credit repair is to build usable credit. A big part of the process revolves around credit scores as they are usually the first thing that a lender looks at when underwriting a loan request. But credit scores are by no means the only focus of our credit repair program.
Credit scores alone will not always do the trick. Many lenders require that you have a minimum number of open accounts. If we see that you do not have open accounts we will ask you to open two secured credit cards. These new accounts will serve two purposes. Not only will they help you meet lenders minimum account requirements, but they will be critical in improving your credit scores.
Many of our credit repair clients come to use with critical time frames. Many of the actions we will take on your behalf will provide quick benefit, others require time, and there are some credit repair techniques that will actually lower your scores temporarily in advance of providing the long term more significant benefit. If you are in our credit repair program we will make sure to consider your time sensitive goals as we develop the right strategy for you.
